일반적인 문제:
- Stopped getting quest drops for this quest. What's going on?
- I can't get kill credit for the mobs I'm killing for this quest. Help!
- I didn't realize I was in a raid and tried to do this quest
If you find that you have stopped getting credit for quest progress, or you are unable to obtain quest items, here are some possible solutions:
- Many quests are unable to be completed while in a raid group. Leaving the raid group should restore ability to loot quest items and complete the quest immediately.
- If you are unable to leave a raid in the normal manner, type the following in your chat line exactly, with no spaces before or after, and that may enable you to leave the raid:
- /script LeaveParty()
- Verify that you are still on the quest. By default, pressing L or M on your keyboard should pull up your quest log. Verify that the quest is still there. If it is not, return to the questgiver to pick it up.
- If the quest is still in your log but none of the above solves the problem, you may need to reset your user interface.
- If none of the above helps, please contact Customer Support for more help.
