There are two versions in game of the Winter clothing sets, Common and Uncommon sets:
Common:
Uncommon
Prior to Winter Veil 2017 if a tailor made the items, these items were Common quality and could not be added to your appearances collection. Any gear tailored after the change to these items in Winter Veil 2017 are Uncommon quality and can be added to your appearance collection.
The new uncommon items are Bind on Equip and when they have been equipped they will become bound to your character and add to your appearance collection.
