Game Card Claimed - No Game Time Added

  • Added 60-day game card but no game time on account
  • Added game card, account still frozen

If you are looking at the battle.net app and you see the time left display next to the play button: Please note it does not instatly show game time past the current game time you have, if you added pre-paid game time.

To properly check if the game time did get added; Access your Account Management page, select your WoW account and you should see the correct amount of game time has been added.
