Error "Session expired, please try again"

Can't log in, I receive the error: "Your logging session has expired, please log in again".

This error happens if you’ve checked the “Keep me logged in” option and your login credentials have expired. Your credentials will expire when you add an Authenticator or when you change your phone number in your Account Details.

Log in again and you’ll get right in. If the problem continues, reset your password.

If you see this error for the Mobile Authenticator app or Mobile Blizzard app and the steps above have not resolved the problem try the following: 

- Check the application permissions on the device and ensure they are granted. Blocked permissions may cause this error. 
- Double-check the connection of the device by trying to connect over Cellular then try Wi-Fi.
