Replace Digital Purchase with World of Warcraft Collector's Edition
일반적인 문제:
- Claimed the physical Collector's Edition over a digital expansion purchase
- Purchased digital version of Shadowlands to access early features and I would like to buy the Collector's Edition when it is available
If you purchase a digital copy of Shadowlands (Base, Heroic, or Epic), and then upgrade to the Collector's Edition in the future, we will automatically credit you the cost of the digital copy you purchased in Battle.net Balance, as long as you enter the Collector’s Edition key before 08:59 CEST on April 1, 2021.
From April 1, 2021, if you purchase a digital copy of Shadowlands, and then you upgrade to Collector's Edition, you will not receive any compensation. Check our Shadowlands Collector's Edition announcement blog for more information.
Customer Support doesn't grant compensation.
